In Roland Zigan's sculptures, one senses the feeling of human existence in the world. The artist radically and honestly seeks to reveal the inner life and emotional state of human beings. Roland Zigan's figures encourage us to reflect on human existence. They reflect existential questions of being human, such as loneliness, alienation, and the search for meaning in times of great crisis and radical upheaval. It is here in particular that the sculptor reveals himself to be a representative of modern existentialism.
