1951-1956 studied at the Hochschule für Bildende Künste (HfBK) Dresden under Hans Theo Richter and Max Schwimmer
1956 diploma
membership of the Verband Bildender Künstler
1957 since then freelance work as an artist
1960 marriage
trip to Leningrad, visit to the Hermitage
1961 trip to Bulgaria; first paintings are made
1962 trip to Hungary; works on lithographs and linear etchings
1964 birth of her first son
1965 colored etchings from several plates
1969 single-plate color etching printed on own press
revisit to the Hermitage
1970 first art studio in the vacant apartment of a demolished building (now the Societätstheater)
1971 relocation with Jürgen Günther to the shared studio at Altmarkt; large-format paintings are created; death of the father (ancestor paintings in red); encounter with Fritz Löffler and Ingrid Wenzkat
1979 birth of her second son
1981 participation in the 2nd Biennale of European Graphic Art in Baden-Baden, visit to the Stuttgarter Staatsgalerie
1983-1984 catalog of graphic works from 1960, by Manfred Schmidt (Berlin); exhibition and trip to Switzerland; visit to the museums in Basel and Zurich
1985 since then increased work with pastels
1988 repeated exhibitions and trips to Switzerland and the FRG
