Wolfgang Mattheuer
Wolfgang Mattheuer, along with Werner Tübke and Bernhard Heisig, is one of the founders of the "Leipziger Schule". Mattheuer taught at the Academy of Visual Arts for over two decades, honing his symbolically charged pictorial narratives with meticulousness and rigor.
